torqued it so hard that the ligaments tore a piece off the bone. It's
called a "Pseudo Jones" fracture of the 5th metatarsal.
All morning I knew something was up and was repeating "slow is steady  
and steady is fast." Picked that up from some fine miltary medics I  
know. My other mantra of the day was:
"I'm a foot away from doing what I as born to do." The universe has a  
great sense of humor! Now I'm forced to let go of (loving)  
distractions and focus on doing what I need to do.
I'll post the xrays when I get them...
